Job Overview
Main Purpose
Contributes to the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures, and the correct administrative management of all staffs working in the project according to HR Manager’s indications and INTERSOS procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance to local laws
Responsibilities
- Guide and support managers and staff on HR policies and procedures and monitor the implementation of the rules in line with the Internal Regulation and Labor Law
- Create, update and edit personal files of national staff (Tripoli, Sabha and Ajdabiya)
- Maintain, update, and provide reports of leave balance record for all national staff.
- Under supervision of the HR Manager executes administrative, legal related tasks and payroll procedures ensuring that all data related to monthly salary calculation of national employees of the project are correctly collected (days off, unpaid leaves, sick leaves, overtime, etc.)
- Ensure that all national staff in the project are properly briefed and/or inducted.
- Under supervision of the HR Manager organizing interviews and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the recruitment process and in close coordination with the line managers
- Carry out amendments and employment contracts of national staff at project level, according to labor local laws, preparing all mandatory tax declarations in order to ensure legal compliance
- Assist the managers to draw up annual holiday planning and staff shifts in order to forecast HR needs and to ensure HR availability for the project activities
- Enter data into the HR database and personal files and keep them up to date in order to facilitate HR processes management. Archive the personnel files documentation.
- Update local social security Tax office employee files in order to meet legal requirements and duties
- Draw up the final pay slip and employment certificate at the end of a contract in order to meet legal requirements while defending INTERSOS ’s interests and based on Internal Regulation
- Updating the IMP system by keep tracking of the staff employment cycle accordingly.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Completed university degree from an accredited academic institution in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least three years of experience relevant experience in HR preferably with humanitarian organization.

Languages:
