HSE Assistant officer
Duties of the Occupational Safety and Health Assistant:
1- Planning and setting up permits for safe work
2- Ensuring the status and appointment of the qualified employee to practice the work
3- Always use approved quality tools and equipment
4- Educating workers before starting work
5- Integration of equipment before starting work, the most important of which are safety tools to be provided
6- Ensure the integrity of fire prevention and control equipment
7- Monitoring workers and ensuring that they work in the correct and safe manner.
8- Gas test in confined spaces.
9- Preparing daily reports.
10- Laying the foundations for communication and work close to the station
11- Discovering the dangers and knowing the type of danger in all work areas.
Among his duties:
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to occupational safety
- Knowledge of the laws relating to safety requirements in its management and facilities
- Those responsible for security and safety
- Familiarity with, commitment and application of safety laws and legislation
- Report any deficiencies or defects in safety systems
- Ensure the availability of safety equipment and supplies at work
- Ensure that all personal protection equipment is provided at work
- Ensuring the implementation of all laws and safety legislation at work by workers
- Ensure the completion of an assessment, assessment and analysis of risks for all workplaces
- Ensure the completion of an evaluation and assessment of all devices, machinery and equipment
- Conducting a periodic inspection of safety procedures in the workplace

Skills needed for the job:
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety guidelines and practices.
- Proficiency in preparing and preparing reports and developing policies.
- Ability to implement occupational health and safety training programmes.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
- The ability to communicate with different personalities and provide advice.
- Possession of an analytical mind and the ability to follow minute details
- English language, advanced level, written and spoken
Job requirements:
