We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Staff Member . The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with ERP systems, specifically within the HR modules. This role involves managing HR-related data within the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting HR functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP System Management:
- Administer and maintain the HR modules within the ERP system.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee data by regularly updating and reconciling HR information in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with the IT department to address and resolve any technical issues related to the HR modules of the ERP system.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- HR Operations:
- Manage employee records, including but not limited to, personal information, payroll, benefits, performance evaluations, and training within the ERP system.
- Assist in the recruitment process by managing applicant data and tracking candidate progress within the ERP system.
- Support payroll processing within the ERP system to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
