Oil & Gas Production Company is seeking to hire a HR Professional
The purpose of this job is to ensure all Company related Human Resource tasks are covered.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Align processes and act as the main liaison between the HR department and other departments.
- Update personal records on all Employees, ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all positions.
- Administer company policies and procedures and ensure all employees are made aware of any changes in the policies.
- Take responsibility for handling communications and correspondences with the local Labour office as required.
- Support in the implementation of performance management.
- Guide and advise line supervisors in handling employee relations issues.
- Support line supervisors with grievance & disciplinary procedures.
- Actively coordinate with the HR team to ensure efficient execution of resourcing plans and recruitment processes.
PLUS – ANY OTHER APPROPRIATE DUTIES.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Libyan Nationality
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Assertive and well-organized individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English
- Strong computer skills in particular Excel and Word
- Results oriented individual who values teamwork and taking initiatives
