Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and post job descriptions for open positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks.
  • Offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to top candidates.
  • Onboard new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns, complaints, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, promoting company culture and communication.
  • Assist with employee performance management processes.

Compliance & Administration:

  • Maintain a deep understanding the Libyan labour law.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and submit required report.
