Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and post job descriptions for open positions.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks.
- Offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to top candidates.
- Onboard new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee concerns, complaints, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, promoting company culture and communication.
- Assist with employee performance management processes.
Compliance & Administration:
- Maintain a deep understanding the Libyan labour law.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit required report.
