HR Manager

Tripoli Optics Company is a national company that started its operation in Tripoli 1994 and Arrived to be one of the leading companies in selling eyeglasses and sunglasses.

For many years, Tripoli Optics was an extension for outpatient clinics of Al Khadra Hospital in Tripoli, it provides distinguished services to its clients.

TOG is looking for a HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Proven working experience as Senior HR Manager or other HR executive.

People oriented and results driven.

Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.

Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR

Requirements

1. in Business Administration or any specialty.

Work experience not less than 5 years in HR.

Diploma or Certification in HR is an advantage.

Advanced computer skills on MS Office.

experience in HR IT systems and applications; working knowledge of ERP system is an advantage.

Good in English reading, writing, and speaking

Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.

Excellent organization and analytical skills, attention to details, and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Knowledge of HR rules and regulations.

High Level of Organize, focus, Precise, Team Leader.

The applicant should have the previous knowledge of ERP. sys is optional
