Job Description
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
Support the daily operations of HR team
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Follow up employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and vocation.
- Any other tasks assigned to you by the line manager that do not conflict with the nature of your work
Job Requirement
- Fluent English
- Microsoft Office
- 6 months Experience
- Age: not more than 30 years old
