Job Description
- HR assistant will report directly to Head of HR
- His/Her job will be supporting HR department in finishing all admin work/reporting.
- Preparing all legal documents as requested along with financial documents.
- Keeping archive all admin work and documentation
- Keep tracking with staff requests related to HR work
- Prepare employee`s contract
- Preparing presentation as requested
- Follow emails and meeting schedules
- Attending meetings and keeping minutes of meeting and keep tracking important matters with different departments as necessary
- Follow employee`s attendance
- Any other admin requested made by Head of HR
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any related field of administrative work.
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office package apps
- Good knowledge on how use PC is a bonus
- Speaking/Writing/Reading/Typing in Arabic and English
- Speaking/Writing/Reading/Typing in French is a bonus
- Knowledge in preparing simple presentations
- Expert knowledge admirative work.
