JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing support on recruitment, training, and personnel relation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct initial interview to local applicant.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or request.
- Coordinate endorsement procedures of candidates for client’s interview and for testing.
- Completes all employment documentation of newly hired employees and coordinate deployment procedures.
- Prepare Employee Information’s sheets before deployment.
- Coordinate employee information to project supervisors’ prior deployment.
- Serve as point of contact in HR/Admin related concerns/issues.
- Maintains database for Medical examination of employees and organize schedule and procedures of employees.
- Assist in the short listing, pre-qualifying of CV’s and provide for review and final selection.
- Assist with recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agenda.
- Update records for new staff and perform
- Process payroll report and resolve any payroll error.
- Assist the Liaison Officer for processing and documentation of employee’s residency and company visitor’s visa.
- Assist in conducting training to employees as required
- Maintain and update individual personnel files both electronically and hard copy, ensuring accuracy and utmost confidentiality.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Ensures all ISO standards and requirements are implemented, followed and maintained.
