Delightedly Elaf Holding Group is announcing that we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to manage employee records, assist with payroll and benefits administration, and support recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Supporting payroll and benefits processes, including inquiries and time management systems.
- Assisting in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee training tracking.
- Implementing HR policies, addressing employee inquiries, and handling basic employee relations.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and supporting HR audits.
- Providing administrative support to HR and organizing engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
