Job Description

Delightedly Elaf Holding Group is announcing that we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to manage employee records, assist with payroll and benefits administration, and support recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits processes, including inquiries and time management systems.
  • Assisting in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee training tracking.
  • Implementing HR policies, addressing employee inquiries, and handling basic employee relations.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and supporting HR audits.
  • Providing administrative support to HR and organizing engagement activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
