وصف الوظيفة
الهدف هو خلق بیئة نظيفة ومنظمة وتوفر مساحة مريحة لضیوفنا والتي
ستصبح عاملا حاسما في الحفاظ على سمعتنا وتعزيزها.
المسؤوليات والواجبات والمتطلبات
تنفيض الأتربة وتلميع الأثاث والتركيبات .
تنظيف وتعقيم المراحيض الدش / أحواض الاستحمام ، والأسطح ،
والمصارف.
الحفاظ على منطقة مطبخ نظافة وصحية.
ترتیب السر�ر وتغییر الب�اضات.
غسل النوافذ.
تنظيف السجاد والبسط بالمكنسة الكهربائية.
كنس / بالمكنسة الكهربائية ، وتلميعومسح الأرضيات الصلبة.
فرز وغسل وتحمیل وتفريغ الملابس.
الكي الملابس
استخدام أي معدات تنظيف مثل المكانس ، والمماسح ، وأدوات التنظيف الأخرى.
الحفاظ على الحمامات ملیئة بالبياضات النظيفة ولوازم الاستحمام وغیرها من اللوازم.
تنظيف المرايا و غیرها من الأسطح الزجاجية.
تفريغ أوعية القمامة والتخلص من النفايات.
تبخیر وتنظيف الستائر.
غسل الستائر.
ترتیب الغرف.
رصد مواد التنظيف والطلب عند الحاجة.
تنظيف وإزالة الجلید من ثلاجة المیني بار. ويجب دائما ان تكون نظيفة . إزالة جميع الزجاجات منها.
الإبلاغ عن أي إصلاحات أو تغیرات
ضرورية.
مهارات منظم الغرف ومؤهلاته:
معرفة وخبرة في غرف التنظيف والتعقيم بمستويات مختلفة لتلبية
المتطلبات ، الرغبة في تعلم طرق جدیدة للتنظيف وكيفية استخدام قطع
مختلفة من المعدات ، القدرة على التكيف مع حالات مختلفة وتغییر عمليات العمل لاستيعاب احتياجات
النزلاء ، القدرة على أخذ النقد ،
مهارات الاستماع للتأكد من أنها تلبي احتياجات الزبائن من أجل معاییر
النظافة والصحة العامة ، ومهارات خدمة الزبائن الجیدة ، والموثوقية ،
والمهارات التنظيمية ، والنزاهة
والصدق ، ومستويات الطاقة العالية.

Job description
The goal is to create a clean, orderly environment and provides a comfortable space for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
Duties ,Responsibilities & Requirements
Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
Cleaning and sanitising toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
Making beds and changing linens.
Washing windows.
Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors.
Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry.
Ironing clothing items.
Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools.
Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces.
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste.
Steaming and cleaning draperies.
Washing blinds.
Tidying up rooms.
Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
Mini Fridge / Mini Bar Cleaning and defrosting. It
should be always clean and smells free at all the time. Remove all the bottles and Min bar amenities.
Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
Housekeeper Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of and experience in Cleaning and Sanitising rooms to varying levels to meet requirements, Willingness to Learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment, Ability to Adapt to Different Situations and Change Work Processes to accommodate customer needs, Ability to Take Criticism, Listening Skills to make sure that they are meeting the needs of their clients for cleanliness and sanitation standards, Good Customer Service skills, Reliability, Organisational skills, Integrity and Honesty, High Energy Levels.
