Job Description

1. Responsible to lead the Packaging Maintenance
2. To analyze machine problems and issues
3. To apply correct approach in dealing with machine breakdown
4. Responsible to manage the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance work
5. Responsible to follow up maintenance checklist
6. Responsible to prevent product losses from Contaminations, Package Leakage and Product Waste
7. To maintain or increase the Target Production Efficiency of the Management
8. To manage the Spare Parts stock and on time request
9. To respond in any inquiry from the management relating to the production machine issues
10. To arrange the manpower shift schedule, day-off, and vacations
11. To record the Daily Running Hours of the Production Lines
12. To collect and summarize the reports of all packaging maintenance
13. To apply protocol and product safety of factory
14. Responsible to guide and distribute the packaging maintenance
15. To coordinate to other department personnel at all times
16. To prevent any hidden information to Maintenance Management Manager

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2. 5+ years of experience in Production maintenance management or a related field.
3. Well experience in SIG Combibloc & Meurer Production Lines
4. Can manage the Spare parts inventory and requisitions
5. Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills.
6. Knowledge Product Safety of Milk and Juice Production
7. Has good communication skills in Arabic and English language
8. Can read and write in English
9. Can handle work pressure, flexible with positive attitude and with good manpower management skills
