Job Overview

We are looking for a Financial Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial sector and will be able to contribute to our
team through exceptional analytical skills and implementation of the company’s financial system.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to identify material and equipment needs;
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the availability and timely delivery of materials and supplies;
• Optimize storage space, control inventory costs, ensuring that items are easy to locate and access when needed for projects;
• Provides suggestions for improving procedures and processes in the field of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is a preferred;
• 5 years of experience in inventory management, asset tracking, or procurement, ideally within the construction or manufacturing industry.

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of the English language;

• Knowledge of the Arabic language is an advantage;
• Experience with inventory management software (SAP) or warehouse management systems;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis;
• Positive attitude when performing work tasks;
• Strong understanding of cash management i financial instruments, particularly within a construction or project-based environment;
• Internal Communication and teamworking: Communicating effectively about financial issues and the status of a projects;
