Finance and Operations Manager
Democracy International (DI) is seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to provide oversight, advice, and guidance on finance and operations start-up for an anticipated USAID/Libya five-year Engagement with Voters for Equitable Representation Activity (EVER). This will be a full-time role based in Tripoli, Libya and is only available to Libyan citizens.
The Finance and Operations Manager leads and manages all finance and administration for the project and ensures all financial transactions are properly documented and performed in full compliance with DI and USAID accounting regulations, US federal procurement regulations, and generally accepted accounting
principles.
