Job Overview
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage the activities in Managing Director’s office and maintain the daily planner. – Manage Managing Director’s meetings and appointments. – Maintain Directors’ agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. – Coordinate flow of information both internally and externally. – Handle incoming & outgoing mails and other material. – Prepare and manage correspondence and documents. – Requesting and follow up the daily & weekly reports from department heads and business unit managers – Other duties as assigned – Communication should be available all day and every day of the week in case of work pressure |
Work Experience:
2-3 years of experience in admin
Required Qualification:
– A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in a relevant field.
– Fluently speak, read and write English and Arabic – Able to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and the internet – Excellent communication skills and have an ability to maintain a good working relationship. – Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in stressful situations.
