Executive Secretary (ES)

The Executive Secretary is responsible for Attending meetings and recording minutes, maintaining executive’s agenda and planning appointments for the C.E.O. Receiving phone calls and redirecting them if needed. Handle and prioritize all out-coming and incoming mail.

Core Duties:
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
Schedules and attends meetings of every department, taking notes and recording minutes of meeting.
Receives incoming communication or memos, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping.
Performs additional duties as assigned by CEO.
·        Performs other related duties as assigned
Education:
Diploma or certificate in secretarial field, or equivalent experience in administration.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in secretarial work.
Skills:
·        Good communication skills.
·        Microsoft Excel (Excellent)
·        Microsoft Word (Excellent)
·        Microsoft PowerPoint (Excellent)
·        Computer Skills
Languages:
·        Arabic (Beginner)
·        English (Fluent)
