: نظرة عامة عن الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن مدير تنفيذي متمرس لقيادة وتوسيع عملياتنا في طرابلس. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بخبرة قوية في إدارة المقاولات، ومهارات قيادية مميزة، ونظرة استراتيجية لدفع النمو وتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لضمان إتمام المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية وبأعلى جودة.
• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لزيادة النمو والربحية.
• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء، والموردين، والمقاولين.
• إدارة الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية والموارد بشكل فعال لضمان نجاح المشاريع.
• قيادة وتحفيز فريق الإدارة وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر.
• ضمان الالتزام باللوائح والقوانين والسياسات الخاصة بالشركة.
• متابعة وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء لتحسين العمليات وزيادة الإنتاجية.

: المؤهلات

• شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الإنشاءات، أو الهندسة المدنية، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور إداري رفيع في قطاع المقاولات.
• مهارات قيادية، واتصال، وعلاقات شخصية قوية.
• الكفاءة في الإدارة المالية وإدارة المشاريع.
• معرفة جيدة بقوانين ولوائح ومعايير صناعة المقاولات.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Manager to lead and expand our operations in Tripoli. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic approach to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a senior management role within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial and project management.
• Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
