وصف الوظيفة: المدير التنفيذي – الغرفة التجارية الليبية الصينية المشتركة
ملخص:
تعتبر دور المدير التنفيذي حاسمًا في مراقبة العمليات اليومية للغرفة التجارية الليبية الصينية المشتركة وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المحددة من قبل مجلس الإدارة. سيقوم هذا المنصب بدور حاسم في تعزيز العلاقات بين ليبيا والصين، وتعزيز التبادل التجاري والثقافي بين البلدين.

المسؤوليات:
تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التشغيلية والتنفيذية لتعزيز الرؤية والأهداف الاستراتيجية للغرفة.
إنشاء وصيانة الأنظمة والعمليات لإدارة العضوية، تنسيق الفعاليات، إدارة المالية، والإبلاغ.
بناء الهيكل التنظيمي وتوظيف أعضاء فريق أساسيين لدعم عمليات الغرفة.
إقامة شراكات مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، الجهات الحكومية، وغرف التجارة الأخرى لتعزيز التجارة الثنائية والتبادل الثقافي.
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية تسويق واتصال شاملة لزيادة الوعي بأنشطة الغرفة.
القيادة في تخطيط وتنفيذ فعاليات الشبكة، البعثات التجارية، والتبادلات الثقافية بين ليبيا والصين.
إجراء أبحاث السوق والتحليل لتحديد الفرص لنمو الأعمال والتعاون الاقتصادي.
المتطلبات:
خبرة سابقة في العلاقات الدولية، تعزيز التجارة، أو إدارة غرفة التجارة.
مهارات قيادية قوية مع القدرة على بناء وقيادة فريق من الصفر.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحت الضغط لتلبية المواعيد النهائية.
الإلمام باللغتين العربية والصينية سيكون ميزة إضافية.
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، العلاقات الدولية، أو مجال ذي صلة.

Job Description: Executive Director – Libyan-Chinese Joint Chamber of Commerce
Summary:
The role of the Executive Director is critical in overseeing the daily operations of the Libyan-Chinese Joint Chamber of Commerce and implementing strategies set by the Board of Directors. This position will play a crucial role in enhancing relations between Libya and China, and promoting trade and cultural exchange between the two countries.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational and executive strategies to enhance the vision and strategic goals of the Chamber.
Establish and maintain systems and processes for membership management, event coordination, financial management, and reporting.
Build the organizational structure and recruit key team members to support Chamber operations.
Establish partnerships with key stakeholders, governmental entities, and other chambers of commerce to promote bilateral trade and cultural exchange.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy to increase awareness of Chamber activities.
Lead in planning and executing networking events, trade missions, and cultural exchanges between Libya and China.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and economic cooperation.
Requirements:
Previous experience in international relations, trade promotion, or chamber of commerce management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a team from scratch.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in both Arabic and Chinese languages would be an additional advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
