Diyar Libya Contracting and Real Estate Company is a Libyan company working to improve the local real estate investment and development sector by engaging in contracting, construction and real estate investment businesses , As for Our team is pleased to announce we are searching for an “Executive Director” looking for qualified and experienced professionals With the ability to Develop plans and mechanisms to implement the company’s future vision and determine its long-term strategic goals.

Develop and settle long-term annual budgets,

To Prepare feasibility studies for projects and development related businesses

To Coordinate and communicate with relevant parties to obtain special offers and tenders to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.

Skills Required

Ability to develop strategic and operational plans

Full knowledge of real estate and commercial principles and laws

ability to use engineering software Primavera – MS Project-AutoCAD

(PMP) is highly recommended.

Required qualifications

Academic qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree: Civil Engineering / Architectural
