ESP Application Engineer

The ideal candidate must be competent in Artificial Lift services and should be familiar with general oilfield operations and will be responsible for developing and growing the business and delivering a high quality jobs to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Look for business opportunities and leads (RFQs, RFPs, proposals, tenders…etc.). He/she is expected to grow the business and the market share
• Put together and submit high quality technical and commercial proposals. Present technical and business presentations
• Communicate well with all the clients, address their needs and propose solutions to achieve the client production targets
• Manage the team (direct and indirect), align them to work as a team, assign to them annual SMART objectives, coach them and develop their skills
• Plan and deliver smooth operations as pet the industry international quality standards
• Financial planning: budget,  opex, capex, PnL, cash flow, balance sheet and chase receivables
• HSE: Risk identification, reporting and prevention to keep Camco business safe and environmentally friendly

Qualifications

• At least 8 years’ experience in oil & gas oilfield services industry
• Holder of an engineering degree
• Preferably previous experience with any of the previous major OFS companies
