The ICRC Delegation in Libya Seeks to Hire Daily Workers : Administration Assistant
In Misrata Sub Delegation
Tasks:
- Facilitates direct supervisor in translating official documents from Arabic to English.
- Keeps files up to date at all times and guarantees proper filing of relevant supporting documents for future reference
- Knows, applies and complies with all administrative procedures and deadlines linked to his/her work
- Keeps all appropriate databases up to date
- Drafts Reports and submits to supervisors.
- Makes regular reports on project development &contributes in Weekly Operational Reports.
- Upon request, manage certain files within the department according to the internal division of tasks
- Provide support to other ICRC departments according to needs and within the employee capacity.
Required background, skills and competencies:
High Diploma degree in Social Sciences or similar field
2 years’ work experience in a similar field
good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
Very good computer skills
Good knowledge of geographically assigned environment
Very good analytical skills
Capacity to apply ICRC rules and procedure
