Main Responsabilités المهام الرئيسية
• Receiving customers and reflecting a good image of the company
• Dealing professionally with customers by phone or when attending in person to the company’s headquarters
• Answering customers’ questions and inquiries and directing them to the relevant department when needed
• Quick understanding of the company’s field of work and the nature of its products to be able to promote the company’s products and answer inquiries
• Presenting presentations to target customers and marketing the company’s products
• Create and update customer records to ensure quick retrieval of customer data
• Follow up and update the company’s website and professional and social networking pages and respond to followers’ questions and inquiries
• Cooperating with marketing staff and providing them with the required data
Completing administrative work, preparing correspondence, and filling out forms related to the job
• Effective communication with the Communications and Marketing Manager to improve performance
• Any other duties related to the job • استقبال العملاء وعكس صورة طيبة عن الشركة
• التعامل بحرفية مع العملاء عن طريق الهاتف أو عند الحضور شخصياً لمقر الشركة
• الإجابة عن أسئلة واستفسارات العملاء وتوجيههم للإدارة المختصة عند الحاجة
• فهم سريع لمجال عمل الشركة وطبيعة منتجاتها للتمكن من الترويج لمنتجات الشركة والإجابة على الاستفسارات
• تقديم العروض التوضيحية للعملاء المستهدفين وتسويق منتجات الشركة
• انشاء وتحديث سجل العملاء بما يكفل الاسترجاع السريع لبيانات العملاء
• متابعة الموقع الالكتروني للشركة وصفحات التواصل المهني والإجتماعي وتحديثها والرد على أسئلة واستفسارات المتابعين
• التعاون مع موظفي التسويق وامدادهم بالبيانات المطلوبة
• انجاز الأعمال الإدارية وإعداد المراسلات وتعبئة النماذج ذات العلاقة بالوظيفة
• التواصل الفعال مع مدير التواصل والتسويق لتحسين الأداء
• أي مهام أخرى لها علاقة بالوظيفة•

Required Skills مؤهلات شغل الوظيفة
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها ، يفضل درجة جامعية
