The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat. Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features. Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.

Qualifications:
● BS / undergraduate or technical degree in computer science or related
● 0 – 1 year of experience in a similar field
● Good English
● Persuasive Speaking Skills.
● Adaptability.
● Ability to Use Positive Language.
● Clear Communication Skills.
● Taking Responsibility. .
● Patience.
