Job Overview
Contract Follow up :
- Follows up on monthly maintenance invoicing, installation report tickets with clients.
- Handles daily, weekly, monthly running status monitoring and sends performance reports/ dashboard reports to clients.
- Follow sales plan for current year and prepare the next year sales plan
- Arrange with the concerned departments in order of achieving the sales figures.
- Prepare monthly sales report and highlight the deviation reasons and suggest recovery plan
Field Operations Management :
- Visits with clients periodically to understand and respond to their systems application specs/ requirements and coordinates internal efforts to meet such demands.
Quality and Safety Management :
- Takes corrective actions against HSE non-conformity.
- Communicates any safety concerns to clients.
Money Collection from the clients :
- Preparing customer financial statements and Ongoing debt collection monitoring
Knowledge and Experience
1-2 years of experience in Oil and gas industry preferably in artificial lifting and maintenance operations is required :
– Previous artificial lifting a applications, troubleshooting, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning experience is required
– Previous Customer Relationship Management experience is required
– Previous Oil and Gas upstream processes’ experience is required
– Previous experiences in sales modules.
– Good English level , speaking , writing and reading .
Education and Certifications
Freshly graduated Engineer has Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Electrical /Petroleum or Mechanical .
