Our Exciting Opportunity

In Market Area Europe and Latin America (MELA) Digital Services, GCU TI&SEM, we are looking for a Client Sales Lead DS Libya

This person is overall accountable for all hunting engagements, business development and initial pre-sales activities of complete BA Digital Services portfolio for Customers in Libya.

This role is a very senior individual contributor who orchestrates all the customer engagement activities jointly with the KAM / Accounts assigned to the Domain.

The role reports directly to Head of Digital Services for the GCU TI&SEM.

You will

  • Overall responsible and accountable for Digital Services customer opportunity scouting, creation and follow up in Libya
  • Working with Customer Solution and Solution Domain units to secure opportunity creation and evolution from SDP0, Opportunity Qualification (OQB) till reaching Opportunity Review Board (ORB)
  • Upon KAM request could seek ACR role on delegation from KAM.
  • Mentor to the Key Account teams of the CU with regards to the Digital Services agenda
  • Primary interface toward customer CIO for Digital Services
  • Driving Digital Services Thought Leadership with the Customer and Account Teams
  • Supporting KAMs with DS Growth Planning, Forecasting, and all Execution and Product Roadmap issues.
  • Targeted and Measured on Order Booked, Funnel creation, Deal Closed within the Quarter. Measured also on Employee happiness within DS unit & Customer Satisfaction.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • At least ten (10) years of pertinent experience with three (3) to Five (5) years of related service delivery experience
  • Strong Digital Services knowledge and background, both product and services
  • A Challenger Sales Profile
  • 3 years in a leadership position (formal or indirect) within the telecom and/or ICT industry. Established network within the MA and global Business Area
  • Ability to form positive relationships and influence key internal and external partners
  • Strong presentation & interpersonal skills, accountable, committed with a passion to win, innovative and creative
  • Collaborative, team-player and able to work across geographies and cultures
  • Strong consultative skills and customer C-Level engagement
  • Passion for innovation, technology and simplification
  • Good understanding of financial & commercial aspects
