Job Description

1. To make sure that all chillers are in high working condition
2. To Plan Preventive Maintenance and request spare parts necessary for the chillers servicing schedules
3. To dismantle the assembly upon Preventive Maintenance work and can return back the assembly to resume its work (VLT, Motor, Screw Compressors, Filters and other accessories)
4. To monitor the daily chiller compressors and Cooling Towers status, faults and to respond to do immediate action for any alarms and leak
5. To charge ammonia gas and Freon gas when it is required
6. To train other colleagues assigned by the Maintenance Section Head
7. To do document on the data, files and updates relating to Chiller Equipment

Job Requirements

1. Must be an Collage graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering
2. With long experienced in Ammonia Compressor Chillers and Freon Compressor Chiller preferably – Sabroe Ammonia Chiller and York Freon Filled Chillers
3. Can read Mechanical and Electrical diagram and understand the flow of chilled water and cooling agent
4. Work hands on to the equipment
