Job Description

The category manager is the person in charge of dealing with product assortment in specific section/division of the store. His role is in managing the selection and monitoring the performance of products within the section. They report directly to the Head of Merchandising.

 Select the assortment of the section, range & manage price positioning & policy.
 Managing section budget to achieve profitability.
 Set the annual agreement & contracts of the section with all suppliers to achieve profit target;.
 Manage, select & validate promotions with suppliers, marketing department and execution follow up with stores.

Skills :

• Fluent in English and French
• Computer proficiency:- MS Office
• Negotiation skills, time management, category management, leadership & team management.
