Business Analysist

Job Description

Business analysts look at how a company operates – conducting research and analyzing data to develop their knowledge – and suggest methods for the company to improve its practices and processes. This is usually done with the aim of helping the company to make more profit, solve existing business problems, and/or better achieve its goals.

1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
2. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
3. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
4. Performing requirements analysis.
5. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
6. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
7. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
8. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
9. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
10. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
11. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
12. Performing user acceptance testing.
13. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
14. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
15. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
16. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
17. Managing competing resources and priorities.
18. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Trades and customer services
2. B.Sc. degree in Economics/business development or equivalent
3. Computer literacy with a good working knowledge Microsoft Office application including word, excel, outlook
