Specialized in providing high-quality engineering services which include plans and design of all kinds, management, and supervision of projects in all fields about their need for Architects Engineer and met the following requirements: –

The overall goal of the job:

Equipping building plans and working to study the requirements of beneficiaries and ensure compliance with the specified time, technical and environmental specifications, and their security, safety, and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in the preparation of architectural designs and plans and working to process the specifications and technical supplements related to the studies and requirements of the beneficiaries and follow-up the processing of interior designs in time.
• Preparing project binoculars and presentations in coordination with the parties concerned with the aim of clarifying the suitability of urban designs with infrastructure.
• Identify problems and constraints related to architectural plans and designs, modifications, and proposed additions that appear during the implementation of construction projects and participate in their treatment through recommendations and suggestions.
• Participating in the periodic and field evaluation of the progress of the projects and the requirements for the implementation of building plans, ensuring compliance with the specific specifications and preparing relevant technical reports, and in coordination with the competent parties.
• Participating in the preparation of methodologies, evidence, technical conditions, and documents for the progress of the design and follow-up of construction projects.
• Study the completion rates of advisory projects related to the processing of plans and provide consultants with the required information following the studies of the beneficiaries and report to the direct president.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned to him within his jurisdiction

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor / High Diploma architecture or equivalent
• Experience in engineering is at least three years.

• MS Office Package

• AutoCAD
