Job Description
- Assist the Administration Manager with daily tasks and administrative activities.
- Input, update, and maintain manual and computerized records.
- Ensure data quality control in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the integrity and accessibility of information.
- Write and distribute memos during meetings.
- Issue official internal and external letters.
- Prepare and issue announcements as needed.
- Email and follow up on key issues and subjects promptly.
- Ensure all paperwork complies with established protocols.
- Undertake various clerical and administrative tasks as required.
- Execute any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
