Job Description

  • Assist the Administration Manager with daily tasks and administrative activities.
  • Input, update, and maintain manual and computerized records.
  • Ensure data quality control in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the integrity and accessibility of information.
  • Write and distribute memos during meetings.
  • Issue official internal and external letters.
  • Prepare and issue announcements as needed.
  • Email and follow up on key issues and subjects promptly.
  • Ensure all paperwork complies with established protocols.
  • Undertake various clerical and administrative tasks as required.
  • Execute any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
