  • Maintained personnel files; updated sick, personal and vacation time. Managed employee benefits and disciplinarian records.
  • Supervised service request and facilitated the organization of purchase orders and labor hours associated with individual repairs.
  • Assist and coordinates travel arrangements for Managers and employees.
  • Maintained confidentiality in contract negotiation and management, and created correspondences to various vendors.
  • Exercises initiative and judgment during the absence of the supervisor and management to see that issues requiring attention are referred to delegated authority or handled in a manner designed to minimize the effect to their absence.
  • Interacts with internal and external customers and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Assist in developing Individual Educational plans for employees, foster positive staff-workers relations, effective communication and a sense of belonging for all manpower.
  • Supervise and control of maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties.
  • Employs and supervises staff to operate dining facilities, plans menus, prepares food supply orders, and stores food and makes arrangements for disposal of garbage.
  • Assumes responsibility for checking in and out camp grounds and non-camp groups and maintenance of records.
