Job Brief

We are looking for an Accounting   to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting responsibilities include establishing financial status by implementing systems.

Requirements

BS degree in Accounting or Finance.

Work experience not less than 2 years in Accounts.

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.

Good in English reading, writing, and speaking

Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.

High Level of Organize, focus, Precise, Team Leader.

The applicant should have the previous knowledge of ERP sys preferentially

Responsibilities

• Conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Assisting in preparation of monthly management report and accompanying schedules, worksheets, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports. Assist in providing follow-up and documentation of significant variances. Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
• Generating the aging AR report and follow up on collection.
• Assisting with annual internal & external audit. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim.
• Preparing financial statements.
• Preparing journal entries and ensure accuracy.
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Collecting the cash from brunches.
• Monthly Bank reconciliation.
