- Providing and following up on supplies in hospitals.
- Receiving papers of completed cases from localization contracts.
- Purchasing missing supplies required in operations.
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships with existing clients and potential clients.
- Increase sales and market share of products through effective territory management and sales execution.
- Provide a professional level of service to existing and potential clients.
- problems, interests, competitive activities, and new and potential products and services.
- Contribute to market estimations research, competitor analytics, pricing strategies in the competitive environment, company strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and objectives, and convey feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure the timely and efficient development and implementation of plans that include goals, action plans, time frames and resources.
- Establish strong relationships with a broad base of health care constituents (physicians, private hospitals, pharmacies, teaching hospitals, targeted community hospitals, and community offices) through one-on-one sales presentations, group discussions and medical meeting exhibits.
- Train and guide the direct reports on how to deliver presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector. Presentations may take place in medical settings during the day or may be conducted in the evenings at a local hotel or conference venue.
- Manage allocated resources (samples, promotional and educational materials) to maximize return within regulatory and ethical guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products.
- Maintain detailed records of all contacts, which involves database management.
- Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly work schedule for the direct reports in coordination with sales manager.
- Stay up to date on the latest clinical data supplied by supplier and presenting, and discuss the data with healthcare professionals during presentations.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field.
He has experience in preparing supplies used in surgical operations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills and have an ability to maintain a good working relationship with clients.
- Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in stressful situations.
- Good level in speak, read and write English and Arabic
- Able to use Microsoft Office
