4 medical doctors

Help Code is currently recruiting 4 medical doctors (2 in Ghat and two in Whady al Hayat, preferably gynecologists and pediatricians) and two nurses or midwives to work, one in Ghat and one in Whady al Hayat, to set up two Emergency training medical teams.

The main objective of the two teams will be providing on-the-job training to the staff of the 6 PHCCs and PHCUs supported by the project, and consultation to patients.

TERM OF REFERENCE MEDICAL DOCTOR EMT

The main duties and responsibilities are:

• Weekly rotation of the Team on each identified clinic to provide on-the-job
• Facilitate the implementation of health and medical activities by providing on-the-job training of staff present in the identified facilities in GHAT and Whady Al-Hayat
• Provide training and capacity building to local health staff and direct health services to patients in a professional manner according to clinical protocols and guidelines and according to identified training needs
• The on the Job training, will be about the clinical management of patients for the various services provided within the target facilities (prenatal and postnatal care, paediatric care, malnutrition screening, communicable and non-communicable diseases…)
• Train staff the proper completion of medical records
• Train and Follow proper data collection process and facilitate ODP/HELPCODE Field Medical Doctors data collection
• Recommend macro and micro plans to maintain high quality of health services in health
• Establish good relationships with partners and local stakeholders within the health centres including the City, Health Administrative Officer, General Managers, Administrative Officers, Nurses and
• Assist the Medical coordinator and Project manager in liaison with ODP and Help Code Field Doctors in monitoring the project implementation within the health facilities in Ghat and Whady Al-Hayat
• Discuss issues of concern with ODP and Help Code team to ensure timely identification and implementation of feasible corrective
• Under the supervision of the Medical Coordinator, write weekly and monthly reports on project activities according to the organization’s
