Overseas Oilfield Services is a multidiscipline joint venture corporation founded in 2005, by an ambitious    group of Libyan engineers with international background to provide custom engineering design, oilfield services, equipment supplies and technical training for the Petroleum and Petrochemical energy sectors in Libya.
