Summary:
The Project Microwave Engineer, you will manage all phases of microwave network and ensure appropriate delivery.
administer MLA list and identify all WAP, POP and WDP systems. Monitor and select appropriate equipments and ensure
compliance to project objectives, as well as to develop, simulate and troubleshoot microwave circuits and their controls.
you will work hand in hand with the experimental physicists building the quantum processor and develop state-of-the-art
hardware to control and design an ever more complex system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draw upon a broad background in architecting radio frequency, digital, and signal processing electronics in order to flow
down system requirements to the electronics module and component level.
• Develop architectures to meet these requirements, lead the development of these modules, provide technical management
of suppliers.
• Perform analysis of candidate designs to determine the impact to subsystem and system performance.
• Monitor and select appropriate equipment and ensure compliance to project objectives.
• Design effective ideas and procedures and ensure streamline of all deliverables.
• Board and system level RF/Microwave and high-speed digital circuit design and evaluation.
• Contribute to system specifications definitions, evaluate impact of specifications on hardware design (time, cost,
complexity).
• Investigate and build upon the current state-of-the-art to propose new concepts on planar arrays, waveguide-microstrip

transitions, feed networks.
• Evaluate and ensure authenticity of all information and work according to project guideline.
• Coordinate with vendors and operation management and perform appropriate analysis of microwave projects.
• Administer and conduct training programs for microwave engineers.
• Provide technical support to all microwave engineers.
• Any other tasks required of him in his field of work based on his area of knowledge.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering or related major.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in Transmission Project delivery.
• Presentation and communication skills, able to advise in a convincing way, verbally or paper.
• Previous experience with modeling and analysis of electronics systems, subsystems and circuits is required.
• Previous experience programming FPGAs for radio and radar applications is required.
• Previous experience with MATLAB, Simulink, Mathcad, and PSpice software is desired.
• Must be able to prepare and conduct detailed technical presentations and reviews.
• Must be customer focused, formulates plans based on the development of innovative new designs in resolving advanced
technical engineering problems.
• Proficient with MS Software Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project.
• The ability to prepare administrative and technical reports professionally.
• Able to work under pressure and deal with multiple requests.
• The ability to prioritize business, organize time and manage crises.
• The ability to execute solutions and provide proper plans to support decision makers.
• Good manners, honesty and good Communication Skills in dealing with others.
• Self-motivated and able to build a successfully team environment.
• Fluent in English Language
