Accounting Assistant/Secretary
Qualifications and skills:
- Diploma of Higher Education (level 4 and 5 of the European Qualification Framework EQF). Bachelor’s Degree (level 6 of the European Qualification Framework EQF) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or other relevant fields would be an asset and may substitute required years of work
- Fluency in Italian, English and Arabic (B2 Level – Common European Framework of Reference), both spoken and written.
In addition, candidates hold Libyan citizenship. Professional experience and competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in secretarial and accounting support services, preferably within international organizations, governmental and/or non- governmental
- Proven experience supporting the organization of and follow up to official meetings, events, trainings and
- Previous experience providing administrative support to the activities of international
- Computer literacy in word and data processing software, i.e. rapid data entry, databases, spreadsheets, e-mail and calendar management (e.g. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent writing and communication

Job Description
In particular, he/she will perform the following tasks:
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the PM , in particular to the team based in Tripoli, in all aspects related to the implementation of the
- Support the work of and liaise with other members of the PM and ORG administrative office in Tunis.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties related to the organization of official missions, events, training courses /
- Ensure proper information management, keeping track and ensuring proper filing of documents and sharing through the appropriate channels, particularly as regards to documentation produced by implementing partners in the
- Support the organization of meetings of the Programme governance bodies and other programme meetings: preparation of agendas, invitation, circulation of documents prior to the meetings, ensuring proper documentation of proceedings and meeting outcomes, and disseminating relevant documents through the appropriate channels;
- Provide translation and interpretation services (Italian/Arabic, English/Arabic) whenever
