Job description:
• Record daily transaction.
• Prepare the invoices of Sales.
• Follow up the invoices which are under collection and customers’ accounts.
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
• Taking on some of the manager’s responsibilities and working more closely with management.
• Being involved in decision-making processes.
• Preparing Offers for our clients.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
• Record details of actions taken.
Job Requirements
• English Language skills. • Good computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook. • Good knowledge of accounting principles. • Ability to deal with accounting systems. • Ability to work under constant pressure. How To Apply
