Title: Child protection case worker

Job location: Tripoli, Libya

Specific tasks and responsibilities:

• Conduct case management services for vulnerable children at risk by following related standard of procedures;
• Contribute to the daily quality implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Child Protection case management and activities;
• Provide support to the implementation of PSS plan and other relevant child protection activities at the Social Centre when requested;
• Conduct Child Protection Training of Trainers to dedicated staff with support of Child Protection Supervisor and GBV/CP Manager;
• Manage and carry out collection, analysis and interpretation of Child Protection field data and prepare reports;
• Represent Cesvi in a professional manner in meetings and ensure good cooperation with local partners and other relevant actors;
• Closely coordinate with Cesvi staff and participate in regular meetings with partners and other stakeholders;
• Proactively contribute to quality and timely drafting of weekly, monthly reports on the progress of Child Protection activities;
• Fulfil any other additional task requested by the Child Protection Supervisor;

Duty station: Tripoli

Responsible to: The Child Protection Case Worker works under the supervision of the CP Supervisors

Job Requirements

Qualifications: University Degree or Diploma

Experience: at least one year in the Child Protection Field with minimum 1 year as Case Worker.

Languages: Arabic and English: Fluent, other language: optional
