Project Manager

Started in 90`s and being active over 20 years now in the same field we have gained experience and acceptance by clients.

RIDA T.S. is active in various fields we can proudly say that we have developed our company and the engineers over the years being the experts in the field of ultrasonic flow meters and complete metering packages for general metering and even more for custody applications in the oil and gas field.

Job brief:

Oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes, Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project as per schedule, Perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project, Manage and responsible for more than one project at a time

Job Duties:

1. Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as Time, cost and agreed quality standards
2. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing Needs and requirements.
3. Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined.
4. Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysis.
5. Weekly and monthly progress reports.
6. Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
7. Ability to provide sufficient input into the technical analysis of the project.
8. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
9. Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
10. Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
11. Minimizes our exposure, risk on project and enforce Co.’s methodology & project standards.
12. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
13. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing and Monitor receivables for project.
14. Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
15. Analyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
16. Communicate and develops lasting relationships with client personnel to foster client ties.
17. Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget.
18. Responsible for the project’s commitment to quality standards.
19. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the HSE Management System is developed and established on the Project and that appropriate resources are in place to properly facilitate its implementation.
20. Over all responsible for the set-up, implementation, and monitoring of the required contractual HSE Activities and programs for entire site.
21. Project manager shall comply with HSE policy.
22. Develop and implement risk control measures that have been identified as part of the risk assessment process (Group Risk Assessment Process)

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, or a related field
2. 5-8 years of project management and related experience
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
4. Proven ability to solve problems creatively
5. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
6. Excellent analytical skills
7. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
8. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
9. Written and verbal communication Skills.
10. Capacity to manage high stress situations
11. Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
12. Leadership skills.
